Should your nervous eyes tremble in the sadness of goodbye
Cry deeply, for your tears hold the memory
Of every dance in mine
Should those tears hit the ground without a soul to watch
Cry slowly, for the fall holds the memory
Of our timeless rise
Should the ground tremble beneath your falling tears
Cry gently, for the earth holds the memory
Of the harvest reaped
Should your eyes turn dry with no tears to bare
Cry not, for in their absence
You will find, my love
That I am there.
